Cheese – it’s rich in calcium and balances the PH in your mouth which lessens the effects from acid from alcoholic beverages, for example.

Nuts – they contain a lot of vitamins and minerals which keep our teeth and gums healthy.

Vegetables – broccoli and carrots are especially good for you teeth. They contain vitamin A which is essential for strengthening tooth enamel.
